First week at camp
This is my first week of boot camp! I have enjoyed it so much! Everyone is different in size but you still work as a team! I have noticed I have more energy and I really watch what I eat! Class has its challenges you start out I can do this then it getts more demanding as you do all 3 sessions.

Motivation
I like the fact that I get motivated every time I get to camp and I feel like I get a great workout in every single time. It may be hard, but thats GOOD and I can feel myself being challenged to my maximum limits.

This is my first week and I keep saying I'm sore in muscles I didn't even know I had! But thats a good thing because I know its WORKING!

Toned Arms and Cut Abs
I joined bootcamp in May and quickly realized how out of shape I really was. After completeing two sessions my arms and stomach look cut. Bootcamp has given me the butt I have always wanted as well...I know it sounds funny but it's true!! I am working on getting my six pack and bootcamp is getting me there a lot quicker than I ever thought!! Before I started this class I thought that it was not possible for me to have a cut stomach but I now realize that with hard work and dedication to this class I can do it. NJ is the best very encouraging and she will never give up on you even when you have given up on yourself!!

Lost Inches, More Energy

I enjoy the different exercise routines, works all the areas. I've lost weight the first week, noticed I have more energy throughout my day after my work out, and the inches I have lost on my waist. I feel extremely challenged in my classes and feel the difference after my 1st class. My experience with the camp is great!

Excellent Workout
I'm enjoying the camp and feel that my trainer gives me an excellent workout. I'm Glad that we can workout at the pace and ability that is best for our bodies. At 53 I have to be careful and not cause any damage to my knees.

Higher Energy

The aspect I have enjoyed the most in boot camp is the challenge. You are being challenged everyday to strengthen your body. It's a great sense of   accomplishment at the end of the work out when you know you have done your best.         

I have noticed that my energy level has skyrocketed. I no longer need my afternoon nap! My body is changing weekly. I feel like I have lost inches in my waist and my arms are getting toned. My thighs are also becoming much stronger - I heart explosions.        

The one thing I have definitely struggled with is my eating habits - its not that I necessarily eat badly, I just don't know good fat/bad fat. I think the food log is a perfect way for people like me to get on the right nutritional path.

Weight Loss/Motivation

"I Well, of course I have enjoyed the results and I look forward to more results, but ultimately I feel great!!  Also, N-J is probably about the most motivating trainer I have ever had.  She pushes you, but also gets you excited about bootcamp! 
I have lost a total of 10 lbs, and 2 1/2 percent body fat!  My energy is AMAZING!  I  never thought I would be able to handle going to bootcamp at 5:30 AM four days a week, but I am doing it!  I have never felt better. 
I for sure feel challanged in the class!  I only raised my weights one pound for the second bootcamp, and that wasn't enough for my trainer's liking lol.  So I am moving from 5 lbs to 8 lbs, and I know I will see a huge difference! 
Ya'll are doing a grand job!

Down a Size, Down Pounds

I am still enrolled and have been going to every class. This is now my 6th week and I have lost 14 pounds. I am down 1 size and I hope to lose 11 more.
 

Results
When I first started this camp, I felt I was in decent shape, yet everyday I have been challenged by a variety of workouts that work every area of my body! I am completely addicted to this boot camp and will continue to go! Plus, my arms are going to look AMAZING in my wedding dress, people are going to think I am GI Jane!   

I am also a runner and it has made major improvements with my time, distance, and results!  Thanks to NJ, I am going to be the 'hot babe' on the beach this year! Haha  

Keep up the great work, San Antonio needed something like this! Totally motivating!

Motivation
I am really enjoying the boot camp. It feels so good to get this body moving. My Trainer has been wonderful. He watches our form and tells us if we need to correct it. He encourages us to finish strong and not to give up when we are tired. We have all agreed that he really pushes us to do our best at all times and he does it in a positive manner. He's great!

Toned, MoreEnergy and better sleep
I really like being motivated to work out during the week.  It's gotten me to be more consistent which is great.  I haven't noticed any changes in weight but my body seems to be a little bit more toned and I've definitely seen an increase in my energy levels.  I also am sleeping better at night. I definitely am challenged in the classes.  Thanks so much for everything! I'm moving to Austin at the end of the summer.  Are you starting up one there?

Better Career Performance
Boot Camp has been so amazing for me.  Being in the restaurant business, I am always on my feet and run around like crazy, so at the end of the day I am super tired and have no energy.  Although I knew I should be working out, it was low on my priority list.  (I know that is bad...)  So when a friend told me about Boot Camp, I thought it sounded fun and could be easily accommodated into my schedule.  Over the weeks, it got easier to make it through, and this past week, I felt great with much more stamina.  Don't get me wrong, it is still super challenging. It has also helped me at work, because I have so much more energy and am stronger, and that helps me in all aspects of my job.  While the changes in my body are slower, my arms are starting to firm up and I notice that I walk taller and have a little spring in my step.  I love Boot Camp!!  Thank you for making this all possible for me!

Weight Watchers plus Bootcamp
The whole Boot Camp experience rocks! The fresh air, the diversity of exercises, and N-J's ability to customize the intensity level for all campers contributes to a very tough and fun workout.

I made the decision to get healthy about 10 months ago. I've lost a good amount of weight on my own, but Boot Camp is really helping me to add muscle and definition to my upper body and legs. 
 
Boot Camp is definitely a challenge. The best part of Boot Camp is that I push myself harder than when I work out at home.
