We offer a personal training and non-military approach, our motivational approach is our success to helping you attain your fitness goals.  Sa Transformation is designed to help men and women enjoy workouts that help them lose weight fast and keep it off!

Push yourself- Pace yourself -When engaging in any Fitness Training there are details that must be adhered to for success to be attained. Proper Hydration, Proper Form-Technique, and Proper Pace. This is not grounbreaking or recent news. These are 3 critical principles that are the foundation of successful strength training with specific regard to weight loss,fat loss and muscle building. Regardless of your level of fitness these 3 prinicples will catapult your efforts to success.

H.I.I.T.- High Intensity Interval Training-  This classic training method is key to what is know as the afterburn also known as EPOC (Exercise Post Oxygen Consumption) is defined scientifically as the "recovery of metabolic rate back to pre-exercise levels" and "can require several minutes for light exercise and several hours for hard intervals."
Studies have revealed that HIIT training can initiate an afterburn nine times greater than traditional strength training.
This is why we encourage you to use weights that result in 8-12 repetitions. After your workout, you will still continue to burn fat!

Your Boot Camp Experience Includes All of This! 

Your SA  Transformation experience will include H.I.I.T. strength training workouts to promote a lasting afterburn. Your enlistment include the following:

  • A group orientation/ assesment at your designated campgrounds on the 1st and last day of your camp session.
  • An assessment report with goal setting.
  • Access to our Online Camper Section where you can access your specified nutrition plan.
  • Daily coaching of your online nutrition log.
  • Access to our Wellness Video Training.
  • Versatile, challenging and fresh workouts on a daily basis . 
  • A daily commitment to your accountability and success!

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for visiting our site, we appreciate you taking the initiative to help yourself in attaining your fitness goals!  Regardless of what your goals are, this is the place for you. We believe in you! We won't give up on you, and we won't let you give up on yourself. Together we maintain accountability.

When I taught bootcamps in a local Fitness Facility I realized that I wanted to initiate "Fight the Fat" Legislation. With most companies it's about the bottom line- Money!  Therefore, not all companies are concerned with legislation. I knew I would have to establish/initiate this effort from a private perspective. We need your statistics, and this need allows us to offer you an amazing Fitness experience with flattering results for a modest fee. 

My commitment to you is the following- we will not try and nickel and dime you.  We won't charge you for a "prescription workout" without a personal formal assessment. We won't overcharge you for a nutritional program that is a One fits all method.

Each day that you participate in camp you are helping a stranger. Your statistics will help change lives and possibly impress upon our lawmakers the need for increased ammunition for the fight against the Obesity Epidemic.  Your success is our goal! Your goals are what commits us to duty.

We will commit to your success!  We will address your individual concerns and needs. We will coach you every step of the way as needed. We will also challenge you to push yourself physically and mentally,thus promoting you to utilize what you learn at camp and rely solely on you! All you have to do is commit to taking action until the goal is reached!
