Welcome to your SA Transformation camper home page where you have access to a variety of tools to make you maximize your efforts at boot camp, and make the most of your experience!  On this page, you can access your assigned nutritional plan, submit a schedule request, and earn a discount on your next camp enrollment.

 Step 1 Waiver 
Print up Your Waiver of Liability
Do This Before Camp Starts!
Please print out, sign, and bring our waiver of liability with you to your first camp.  This is required by all campers, new and returning, each and every 4-week camp.  We can't work you out without it, so please remember it.

 Step 2-Food Plan 
Nutrition Plans/Grocery List 
Your boot camp success is highly dependent on your Nutrient Consumption( your eating).  80% of your results are contingent upon your eating.  You can lose weight on healthy eating alone, you won't have tone, definition or power strenght. However, when you combine healthy eating with consistent strength training the results are beyond your expectations.

It is possible to eat out and eat healthy.

 Step 3-Attendance 
Place a Schedule Request in Advance
We give awarded discounts to our returning campers that had an 80% attendance rate and an 80% on-time rate in the previous camp.  To ensure your discount, be sure to place any needed changes to your schedule at least 24 hours in advance. All last minute cancellation must txt N-J 210-392-8244.
 Camper Specials 
Camper Specials will be presented
each month to include discount on rates.
Nutrition and Fitness Videos will
also be posted.
